Due to the pending inclement weather and timing of the latest Nor’easter, please note the following:
If the Ellsworth Public Schools are closed on Thursday 3/8/18, the following locations of the Down East Family YMCA will be CLOSED: General Bryant E. Moore Community Center, Beechland Road Early Learning Center, Blue Hill YMCA, and Bucksport YMCA. The Wiggins Center (Ellsworth YMCA) plans to be open from 12 noon to 6 pm. No scheduled classes but pool, gym, fitness rooms, and locker rooms will be available.
The YMCA offers free use of the showers for those who are without power.
