Coming soon to the YMCA… TRX Suspension Training. Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. This, with the addition of our new 12 person wall mount pull up bar, will offer a whole new variety of training. We will offer a Core Fundamentals class beginning during February break. The Fundamentals class is a requirement in order to participate in the Free TRX classes we will offer each week. Details on the classes will be available in our next newsletter.
