The last DEFY Road Race of the season will be held on Saturday, September 28th. The Roger Willey 5 K & 10 K will begin at the YMCA this year. The cost is $15 and the first 75 participants receive a race hat. Registration forms are available at www.defymca.org. Race day registration begins at 7:00am at the YMCA. Walkers for the 5K begin at 8:00am. Runners for both races begin at 9:00am. Zensah Running, from Black Bear Medical, will be there for purchase.
