Session 1: April 4th to April 27th

Beginner/ Basics Class: Tuesdays 3-4 PM
No Experience Required! In this class we will be working on  forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and introducing fall to bridge. If your athlete has not participated in a program in the past, or has not mastered these basic skills, this would be the perfect place for them!

Intermediate Class:  Thursdays 3-4 PM
Experience required! In this class we will be working on kickovers, back walkovers, and introducing back handsprings. If athletes cannot fall to bridge then this is not the class for them!

Advanced Class: Tuesdays 4-5 PM
Experience Required! In this class we will be working back handsprings, series handsprings, tucks and more. If athletes cannot do a connected backwalkover then this is not the class for them!

Stunt Class: Thursdays 4-5 PM
In this class we will be working on all levels of stunting! Athletes will be grouped with their age and ability level to work on appropriate technique and skills.

Session 2: May 2nd to May 25th
