Reserve your camper’s space and pay deposit

  • A nonrefundable $30 deposit per camper per week is required for registration.
  • If the online system does not allow you to reserve a space, your account may have a balance that must be paid before adding new programs.
  • Online registration is not available for any campers receiving state subsidies.

Your camper’s registration is complete when the non-refundable $30 per week deposit is paid, child’s Immunization records are provided (required by the State of Maine).

Camp Cancellation Policy

Our desire is to enable every child who wants to attend camp the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, we fill our spots and have to implement a waitlist. Due to this we have to enforce cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your scheduled time at camp, in addition to our non-refundable deposit, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:

  1. If you cancel before June 1st, all payments will be refunded except the nonrefundable $30 deposit per week.
  2. If you cancel June 1st or after, you will be required to pay 50% of the program fees.
