Active Older Adult

To optimize your body’s comfort, function, and vital energy, this fun and friendly class uses weights for strength and toning, cardio workouts for heart health and core work to maintain and improve mobility and flexibility. The group also practices falling and getting up, simple self-defense and doing everyday tasks safely to prevent injury. Music and fun with a mid-class break. Can be modified for all senior fitness levels and limitations.

Adult Volleyball

All levels are welcome. Adult volleyball is free with a DEFY membership or $10.00 daily user fee. Everyone will rotate in and play!

Body Sculpt

This is a class focused on low impact strength building and muscle toning using a variety of equipment such as small dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, and risers. It incorporates some traditional weight training moves into a class setting along with some flexibility and core work. Workout can be easily modified for any age or fitness level.


Fast paced workout that gets the blood pumping. Quick transitions between exercises, loud music, and a diverse age group of fun members.

Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab

This class is for people recovering from a cardiac event who have finished Phase 2 rehab at MCMH or have a Doctor’s recommendation for a suitable exercise program. This class begins with blood pressure check-ins with our onsite nurse and includes a two part class. The first half of the class includes cardio, strength balance and core work led by our fitness staff on our cardio equipment. The second half of the class involves support and guidance.

Circuit Work It

Join us for a quick 30 minute workout. This class is designed to to be a fast moving circuit of at least 6 exercises using different muscle groups along with Core work and cardio bursts. You will get a fun and effective all-over-body workout. Suitable for ALL fitness levels and can be modified as needed.

Get Strong

These classes focus on strength training in Darling’s Strength Training Center. Each class is limited to eight participants.

Hard Core

A slower paced instruction that focuses on proper breathing, pelvic floor and deep core muscles. Ideal for women aiming to heal diastasis recti, but everyone is welcome.


High intensity interval training workout with timed intervals and short recovery times.

Indoor Cycle

Come ride our Schwinn bikes for a low impact, high fun class. Intensity is controlled by you, making cycling appropriate for all levels of fitness. We will simulate hills and intervals all while spinning along to great music and getting cues and motivation from our instructors.


This high-intensity workout uses a variety of equipment including mats, dumbbells, kettle bells and your own body weight. Bursts of high intensity are followed by short rest periods which allow your heart rate to come down a little before coming up again. The key is to continue moving during the short bursts of work. Exercises can be modified for any fitness level.

Total Body

We explore fun ways to exercise with everything from body weight moves to jump rope. Having fun together while working out is the goal!


Using TRX Suspension Trainer straps, this class uses your body weight as resistance to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This is a full-body workout that can be modified for any fitness level.

Walking Club

Open to all members of the community, walking club happens in the Wiggins Gym.


Build strength and flexibility through postures and breathing. Relax your body and mind, gain peace and balance. Yoga helps build your immune system, keeping you healthy and bringing more focus and energy. Yoga poses can be modified to all fitness levels.

Zumba® Fitness

This class is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training mixed with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The room is dark, and the music is pumping!
