The Annual Halloween Parade will be held on Wednesday, October 31st. Line-up for the parade begins at Angelo’s Pizza at 5:15 pm. The parade begins at 5:30 pm and ends at City Hall. Trick-or-Treating will be offered at the DEFY Early Learning Center at the Moore Community Center. The Downtown Merchants will be offering Trick-or-Treating at businesses along Main street before the parade from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
