DEFY Dolphins Butterfly / Breaststroke Clinic

This clinic will help swimmers improve their technique, increase power, and improve efficiency of each stroke.
Butterfly: August 22nd | Breaststroke August 23rd
For ages 8 and up. Participants must be able to swim 50 of the stroke/strokes they sign up for.
Time: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Place: Wiggins Center, 238 State Street, Ellsworth
Ages: 8 and up, must be able to swim a 50 of both strokes
Cost: $60/clinic or $100 for both clinics
Each 4-hour stroke clinic will include drill work, a focused “practice” and fun games!
