Registration is now open for the Semi-Annual DEFY Press Fest.
The first DEFY Press Fest was held in January. More than 30 lifters competed in that event.
This year the event is scheduled for Sunday, August 14th from 8:00am – 7:00pm.
All competitors will participate in squat, deadlift, and bench press events. The competition will be RAW with wraps and belts only.
Entry fee is $30 for YMCA members and $38 for non-members for first category, $20 and $25, respectively, for additional categories.
Spectator tickets available at the door: $5 adults, Kids free.
Entries due by July 15th to avoid a $15 late entry fee.
