Numerous studies have shown that people who have a workout partner tend to stick to their goals more than those who workout alone. This year you have no excuse! From January 2nd through the 6th members may bring a friend to any of our Adult Fitness & Aqua Aerobic classes….at no cost!
Bring a friend to your favorite class or try a new one! Our instructors will help you learn the fundamentals of each of our classes to ensure you are performing the skills effectively and safely. And don’t worry if you are already a pro – the instructors will keep you moving that first week as well.
