Imbalance in the body can be caused by many factors and create “energy leaks” in the system. These leaks may be a reason you are not progressing as quickly or having chronic pain from certain movements. By identifying these imbalances, you can work to improve your performance and possibly prevent injury from occurring.

What to expect during your Athletic Performance Testing session
1 LiDAR Camera’s will detect whole body functional movements by using lights and technology to map your movements.
2 Triple Hop Testing will look at dynamic single leg explosion at the ankle, knee and hip joints. We are also looking at coordination.
3 Single leg squat for time is a metric used to measure lower body strength and endurance.
4 Upper Quadrant Y Balance Test is a measure of flexibility and stability of the upper body to look at asymetries during overhead movements.
5 Lower Quadrant Y Balance Test is a measure of flexibility, stability and coordination of the lower body.
