The week of April School vacation the DEFY Fitness staff will be running a variety of fitness classes. We will have a little of everything, from Yoga to Zumba, throughout the week. The week ends on Saturday with our fabulous Kaufman Memorial 5 K Road Race and Kids Fun Run!
