Join us for a weekend of basketball at the 23rd Annual Hancock County Sheriff’s Cup Basketball Tournament
March 7th, 8th and 9th
The 2025 Hancock County Sheriff’s Cup will be played will be in memory of Deputy Luke Gross.
Boys and girls basketball teams from across the state will compete in this three-day tournament. Players in grades 6th, 7th and 8th grades will compete to become the 2024 Sheriff’s Cup Champions!
The Sheriff’s Cup is organized by the Down East Family YMCA and Hancock County Sheriff’s Department. Proceeds from the tournament benefit both the YMCA and the Hancock County Sheriff Department’s charities.
This tournament takes place at Ellsworth Elementary and Middle School, The Wiggins Center in Ellsworth and the Ellsworth High School.
