Little League Program Information for 2017
Little League placement day is April 1 from 11:00am-2:30pm for baseball and 3:00-5:30pm for softball at Ellsworth High School in the gymnasium.  Some of the divisions overlap in age which is why we have placement day.  Players will go through drills and be scored and placed in the appropriate division for their skill level and age.  All players will be placed on a team.

T-Ball (ages 4 and 5)–this program is the beginning of baseball and softball.  This is the third year of Rob Eaton and Shane Lowell running this program.  We run the Little League T-Ball program.  This program meets on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at the Demeyer Complex.  The players will work on basic skills:  catching, throwing, hitting and base running.  Cost for T-Ball is $30.

Farm League Baseball (ages 5-7)–this program is the next step in Little League.  Players are placed on teams and practice and play games as a group.  This is a coach pitch league.  Players league age 5 must have played T-Ball for 1 year.  Cost is $40.

Farm League Softball (ages 5-7)–this new program is for girls only.  Our Minor League and Major League coaches will be conducting clinic type practices for these girls to introduce them to the sport of softball.  They will meet twice a week at the Demeyer Complex.  Cost is $40.

Minor League Baseball (ages 7-11)–players will be drafted onto teams and practice and play games as a group.  Cost is $100.

Minor League Softball (ages 7-11)–players will be drafted onto teams and practice and play games as a group.  This group plays a district wide schedule in District 1 with crossover games with District 3 (Bangor area).Cost is $100.

Major League Baseball (ages 9-12)–players will be drafted onto teams and practice and play games as a group.  Cost is $100.

Major League Softball (ages 9-12)–players will be drafted onto teams and practice and play games as a group.  This group plays a district wide schedule in District 1 with crossover games with District 3 (Bangor area).  Cost is $100.

Junior League Baseball (ages 13, 14)–players will be drafted onto teams and practice and play games as a group.  This group plays a district wide schedule.  Cost is $100.

Senior League Baseball (ages 15, 16)–players will play as a team and play games against District 1 and District 3.
