Move to music through a variety of exercise designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. uses hand-held weights, mats, stability balls and chairs for seated and/or standing support! Anyone over 18 is welcome!
Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab
This is a Phase III Cardiac Rehab & Pulmonary program that is an hour long three days a week. This class is a leader based program focusing on light weight training, aerobic activity, mat work, stability balls, cardio machines and more! There is always a nurse on duty as well as an attentive staff member on hand. Come join us today!
Open to participants of all fitness levels and riding experience. Indoor Cycling is the most popular fitness trend of the decade. This is a progressive cycling course that takes you through the world of endurance and cardio training. Workouts can be modified to high or low intensity depending on your personal goals. No matter what, be prepared to sweat! Please bring water and a towel to every class. Optional equipment includes: heart rate monitor, cycling shoes and gel bike seat.
A 30 minute class consisting of high intensity interval’s of cardio and strength training. This is a workout designed each week to maximize calorie burn by using different exercises with periods of rest in order to raise and lower the heart rate. This is a class for all fitness levels with modification options for each interval.
Epic Fit Camp
This is a workout that involves high intensity circuits that any age or fitness level can participate in. The workout is always changing to prevent plateaus and weight room boredom. Come join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am – 8:30am!
CTC (Intense Cross Training)
This is a workout of the day that involves high intensity functional movements that any age or fitness level can participate in. The workout is always changing to prevent plateaus and weight room boredom.
TRX Suspension Training
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Only using your body weight along with the suspension system you will get a total body workout in a short amount of time.
It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100’s of exercises such as pull ups, push ups, planks, and various stretches. Developed for every level of fitness so come try it.
This class will help reduce stress via deep breathing; increase strength, flexibility, and balance via structured poses…healing the body, mind, and spirit. Tuesdays will be suitable for the beginning yoga participant and Thursday’s class will be a more advanced. Come try it out!
Zumba® class is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.Our Zumba® classes feature low lighting, loud music, and energetic instructors. With original routines we keep participants engaged and motivated.
